The property owner must not already be in an active NorthEdge listing discussion or agreement.

Owner awareness
Do not disclose another person’s private contact details without their knowledge or permission.

Successful appointment
NorthEdge must be appointed to sell the referred property under an executed authority.

Settlement completed
The $1,000 referral payment becomes payable only after the sale settles and NorthEdge receives its commission.
