NorthEdge collects personal information that is reasonably necessary to respond to property, appraisal, rental, management and referral enquiries.

Information we collect

This may include your name, contact details, property address, enquiry context and records of communication. Property and identity information may also be collected where required to provide agency services or meet legal obligations.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver real-estate services, maintain records, improve client communication and comply with applicable law. NorthEdge does not sell personal information.

Third-party introductions

Do not provide another person’s private details without their knowledge or permission. The referral form offers a pathway where the referrer can ask NorthEdge to discuss a respectful introduction first.

Storage and service providers

Production forms should store enquiries in an access-controlled database and may send data to approved CRM, email, SMS and property-platform providers. Retention, access and deletion procedures must be documented before launch.
